» Please provide the correct mobile number as we would be sending an
sms on completion of the registration. The message will contain your login name

» Please have your hall ticket number handy, as this is mandatory to
be filled in the application form.
» After providing the personal details three part challan will be generated
with details filled in. You can take a print of the same using adobe controls.
» You can select state bank or andhra bank for generating the challan
for enabling fees payment.
» After payment please keep the following things ready for upload:
- Photo – passport size
- Scanned image of your signature
- Paid challan
» You will have to login in again to upload the above images and fill
the details of the payment.
» Photo, signature and challan image size should be less than 250 kb and resolution
should be less than 400 x 300 px (i.e.,width and height should be less than 400
x 300 px).
» On completing the image upload and payment details, you will be shown
the full application form for final printout.
» The final application should be duly attested by the principal of your college
and attached with the original challan and must be sent to sv university tirupathi
